SLN supported the development of new district-wide programmes which received government funding in 40 settings across England between 2007 and 2011. Now, 27 of these settings are continuing the work of independent of government, with strong local support.
SLN offers free continued professional development updates for all local authorities, NGOs and school partners in the form of an annual national network event, smaller local and regional network events, online updates. We are always here to take calls if you need help.
Working together with colleagues in the network means that we all continually learn and improve our practice. Our model has evolved and changed in response to feedback and evaluations. It is important for everyone who uses our materials to keep abreast of developments to make sure that they provide the schools in their districts with the most up to date advice.
