How To Book
To reserve a place on an SLN course, please complete the SLN course booking form below. You can submit the form more than once if you would like to send more than two delegates, or contact us directly on firstname.lastname@example.org
Please return either by email to email@example.com or post to Schools Linking Network, Culture Fusion, 125 Thornton Road, Bradford, BD1 2EP.
Once we have processed your booking, we will send you a confirmation email with the course venue details and an invoice. Your place is guaranteed as soon as you receive your confirmation.
Payment must be received within 14 days of the invoice date or 14 days in advance of the training course, whichever is sooner.
Course fees include tuition on the day(s), all relevant course materials, lunch and refreshments. SLN reserves the right to change their fees as deemed necessary.
SLN will make every effort to accommodate special requirements, dietary or otherwise, of which they have been notified in advance on the booking form.
Joining instructions including an outline of the day will be issued approximately 1-2 weeks prior to the course. If you have not received your joining instructions three days prior to the training course, please call 01274 385470. SLN will not be held responsible for non-receipt of joining instructions and refunds will not be issued under such circumstances.
There is no charge for transferring your booking to the same course on an alternative date provided you notify SLN in writing up to 14 days before the course and that there are still places available. No refund will be made in the event of a transfer. No more than one transfer will be allowed. Requests to transfer a course must be made in writing and can be sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Cancelling your place
If you notify SLN in writing (via letter, email or fax) up to seven days before the start date of a course, you will receive a full refund. If you withdraw for whatever reason within the seven days prior to the course, you will be refunded 50% of the course fee. You can nominate a substitute attendee at no cost. Substitutions should be received by SLN at least 48 hours prior to the course start date. SLN will confirm receipt of cancellations and amendments so you must ensure you receive and retain this.
If you fail to attend the course on which you are booked and have not given prior notice to SLN then the course fee will remain payable in full and no transfer will be allowed.
Cancellation by SLN
Where circumstances dictate, SLN reserves the right to alter published programmes, trainers or venues without prior notice. In the event of a course being cancelled, participants will be notified immediately and a refund of the course fee will be made, or participants can book onto another available course and date. No compensation will be paid for any additional costs incurred by attendees. SLN cannot be held liable for any situations out of their control.
Details of the specific venue will be sent in the joining instructions for all training courses.
There is no dress code; however, most participants choose to wear smart casual clothing. Due to variable temperatures of air-conditioned rooms, layers are advised.
SLN does not accept responsibility for the actions of anyone as a result of information or views expressed on its training courses, including course materials. Opinions expressed are those of individual trainers and not necessarily those of SLN.
