Peace Jam

Young people are travelling up from all over the UK to attend the Peacejam at Bradford university this weekend.

This is a really unique opportunity for young people to come face to face with a Nobel Peace Laureate, on this occasion José Ramos-Horta, the President of East Timor.

Peacejam also provides interesting material on the laureates and peacebuilding that links to citizenship education and encourages volunteering and social action.
