Dialogue, deeper conversations and controversial issues
During work on community cohesion and linking projects, controversial issues do arise. SLN provides full training in facilitating dialogue, creating an open and honest environment for dialogue and working through fears and uncertainties.
We have found through experience that what at first may seem to be awkward questions and situations can be moulded into productive learning opportunities that can be very rewarding for all involved. The tools below can be used to prepare for and ease this part of the linking experience.
