Beyond Labels is a bespoke, professional development course aimed at senior leaders in schools, teachers in KS 2-4 and post 16, local authority advisors who lead on identity, equality and diversity training in schools and teacher educators.
Throughout the two-day training course controversial issues are defined and addressed in a variety of ways in diverse contexts. The course is specifically designed to provide time for participants to reflect on how the material studied could be adapted to their own specific local contexts.
